INSPECTIONS

Buying a new house with a pool?

Are you a Real Estate Agent sorting a pool inspection for your buyer? A Property Rental Agent wanting to keep the property up to date and compliant? Or are you someone who just wants to keep themselves abreast of the legislation surrounding pool compliancy?

Anita Zaplin

You've already met Steve, now meet Anita!

Hi! My name is Anita and I am a certified inspector with a penchant for helping owners and property agents maintain their pool compliancy.

When I visit your home, I evaluate the whole pool environment, not just the pool and equipment. The intention of a pool inspection is to assess the current condition of all accessible and visible pool components.

I identify items that need repair to make the pool operational, safe and reasonable to maintain. I also note the condition of the fence, gates, walkway, pool perimeter, deck, rails, coping, lighting, and other items of possible concern.

Occasionally the inspection will reveal that further specialised testing is warranted. But that’s okay, if there is something that warrants fixing,  then I can organise this for you without causing you any stress in sourcing someone yourself.

You receive a detailed report.

The report summarises my professional evaluation on the condition of the pool and associated accessible equipment. Listed in this report are the recommendations for maintenance and repairs or just any items that you may need to keep an eye on.
